The purpose of the Archeparchy’s Archives Office is to establish and maintain an archival and records management program for Archieparchial institutions which will be available for viewing and use by arch/eparchial officials, historians, researchers, and the general Byzantine Catholic community.

What is collected/maintained/preserved:

– Parish Records
– Deceased Priests Files
– Tribunal Records
– Commemorative Books
– Byzantine Catholic World newspapers
– Photographs
– Audio & Video recordings of various liturgical events

SACRAMENTAL RECORDS

Please note that Sacramental Records – such as Baptism, Marriage, and Death – are NOT stored in the Archieparchial Archives. All sacramental records are archived at the individual parish in which the sacrament (mystery) was performed. For closed (suppressed)parishes, Sacramental Records are stored in the following locations:
