What IS included?
- Accommodation in the hotel or Airbnb in shared rooms

What is NOT included?
- Airfare – Participants are responsible for purchasing their own flight to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) in Athens, Greece. Please send us your flight details as soon as possible so that we can arrange your airport transfers to and from the mission site. Need help booking your flight? Just let us know—we’re more than happy to assist!
- Travel insurance – Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Please purchase coverage and send us a confirmation of your policy once it’s booked.
Payment schedule:
- A nonrefundable $500 deposit is due at the time of registration
- Final payment due on March 31, 2026.
